Welcome to KH. Are you looking for a pattern to make this? It looks crocheted to me.

Yes, looking for pattern

It looks like v-stitch with thick yarn and large hook, made from the bottom up and the sleeves are crocheted as a continuation of the body so the finished item is a T shape with minimal boatneck shaping.

I think the stitch is sometimes called granite stitch. Search on image now.

I tried to find a similar pattern and couldn’t. I wonder if You Tube might have a tutorial for the construction. It would be easy if you’re comfortable with the techniques used. Crochet in the round. Add stitches at the end of a row (for the sleeves). How to make the neck opening.

Foundation chain is a multipe of 2. Join in round with slip stitch.

Looks like the hook size is two or more sizes larger than the yarn label would recommend (based on large gaps between rows).

Rnd 1: Ch2, SC in first chain of round, (ch1, skip first ch, SC in second ch) rerepeat around, sl st to the first SC of the rnd.
Rnd 2: ch2, (SC in ch space in previou row, CH) rep until one ch space remains, sc in last ch space, sl st join.

Repeat Rnd 2 for length to Under arm.

Follow @GrumpyGramma 's comments for sleeves, etc.

Image above made with worsted (or #4) yarn using size K hook (10.5 or 6.5 mm).
Size N or P may be needed with bulky yarn to match Guage (tension) of your sample image.
