It’s a basic stockinette blanket with a lace border.
If you want to make it larger just cast on more sts and work more rows. The border doesn’t change, you just do more stockinette in the middle.
Are you aware that stockinette will curl like crazy? For a king size blanket you probably will need to do something other than just a border of a stitch pattern that doesn’t curl.

I have a large throw that is basically stockinette stitch with some pattern to it. There is a double border of garter stitch and a lacy leaf motif at the very edge. It doesn’t even think about curling.
You might try an additional 4-6 rows of garter stitch (all knit rows) after the lace border and then keep 4-6 sts on either side of the central panel in garter stitch.
For the lace border, place the markers after the first 8sts and before the last 8sts even on the king size blanket unless you want to make a deeper lace border of say 10 or 12 sts.
It’s a beautiful pattern and I do admire you for taking it on in a king size.
