I Need Help With This Supposedly Simple Pattern xD

I finished the Right Front, but I don’t know what it means by putting the stitches on the stitch holder. Do I cast on 7 stitches again for the Left Front? So the Right and Left are separate? It says “Work as for rows 1–32 of right front, reversing all shaping, do not put sts on holder” for the Left Front. I’m just confused at this point.

They will be connected after you finish the first 32 rows of the left front. Put the stitches that remain on a holder, or piece of yarn, or spare needle and set them aside.

Then cast on for the left front. After you do the first set of rows, you’ll be working across the left front stitches, casting on a few, and then working across the stitches from the right side. This is why it might be good to put them on a spare needle rather than a holder–less transferring that way. You can even put them on a slightly smaller needle and knit them from there. It won’t make a difference.
