I need help please!

I am making a beautiful scarf from the book “Scarf Style”. It calls for Berroco Softwist which I purchased online. It’s a wool blend yarn twisted with shiny thread. I need a yellow and a gold color but NO one seems to sell these colors in the Berroco Softwist. Do you have any suggestions what I can purchase that will work with this yarn? I have never used this kind before and its not like “normal” yarn to me.

I really NEED to find something that will work with this. Thanks for any help you can give me. :oops:

I’m not sure I understand your question…if you bought the yarn online why are you looking for yarn?

I bought the yarn on line. But they did not have the gold color that I needed. So I choose a color that I thought would work instead. Now that I have all the colors here I really DO still NEED a gold like they suggest.

The color I need is discontinued it’s the the Berroco Softwist #9438 Tupelo honey (gold).

But no one on line seems to have it available since that color is discontinued. I am willing to buy something else in place of the Berroco Softwist but I have NO idea what would take the place of it.

If anyone is familiar with this type of yarn I’d appreciate knowing another brand that would give the same effect and then I’d be happy to buy a gold or yellow from that line. :XX:

Ohhhh I see. Would one of the other golds work? I don’t know the yarn unfortunately.
