I need help on King Cole pattern 4594

Hi there, I’m new to this site. I’ve started working on my first jumper! I’ve gotten the back knitted and I’m now working on the front… I’m totally lost. I’ve got this far and I dont know if I’m just doing stockinette stitch for 12 rows and 1 dec on the 13th row and that lot once or that on repeat until I have 2 stitches left… that would be loads of rows to do , which is fine if thats right… any help would be much appreciated. It’s just coz it says 2 sts at the end of that part and its throwing me off.

It’s a good idea to write these rows out as you’re doing.
For the directions starting at the top of the photo and for the smallest size for example:
Dec at the neck edge on rows 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 and 12 then on the alternate rows 14,16,18,20,22,24,26 and 28.
Dec at the raglan armhole on row 2 and then rows 4,6,8,10 etc up to row 28.
These decreases take place at the same time, one at the beginning of the row and one at the end of the row.
