I love to save money!

Spent the day shopping yesterday; got a new hair style and went to Hancocks to check out the liquidation sale. The store is closing and will stay open until all the merchandise is gone. I didn’t know they had knitting supplies. I purchased 20 balls of different yarns, 5 sets of needles, pom pom maker for $88.48 (orginal price $186.08–saving 97.60!) I am planning to go back. I’m thinking of changing all my needles to bamboo. My stash box (which I did get organized) has outgrown it container. Oh what to do? Just thought I’d share my giddy-ness.

Sale and yarn, I love those 2 words!

My youngest son was selected class favorite and was introducted at the annual spring fling dance. It was a wild, wild west theme. He looked so handsome–black cowboy hat and boots, his wranglers and button down shirt with a bolero tie. The little girl he escorted dressed like him–they were so cute. I’d love to show ya’ll the picture, but my batteries were DEAD and no one had extra. I am so mad at myself for not checking the batteries. :wall:
