I have a pattern I don't understand

I have these instructions but don’t understand them. Can anyone decipher them for me? They are for a sleeve.

Thanks,
Abby

Is it the increase you don’t know how to do? Knit into the stitch and leave it on the needle. Move the yarn to the front and purl into the same stitch. Now drop the stitch off the left needle. The video I found has another knit but just do a knit and purl drop the stitch off.

Ah! OK, I get it. Thank you. And I do that at every stitch it looks like given the "repeat until the end of the row.

Thanks so much!

Abby

K1, inc, p1, inc
will be your repeat. Would that work out with the stitch count for the row?

The pattern seems to want 2 types of increase, one a knit front and back and the other a purl then knit into the stitch. The placement of the little bump made by the purl part of the stitch will be different.
What pattern are you following? Can you give us a name or a link to the pattern?

I’m glad you saw what I didn’t. I was only seeing the k then p into the same stitch. That will certainly make a difference when some are p then k into the same stitch.
