Somewhere I read a hint about attaching an I cord to your project, had something to do with slipping the stitch before last. It was not on the video, does anyone remember where or what the hint was?
I don’t know if this was it or not - it’s a description and a video for attached i-cord.

Great video!
Question: When would I need to knit one of those?
You can use an attached i-cord as an edging on just about anything. I’ve done it on sweater necks and mitten cuffs and have seen them on bags.
Great video!! I’m glad you could remember it!!
I guess you could use it for a neat finish for a scarf or a bag…Hmmm. :?? I think I might give it a try.

Of course, Ingrid would know the answer. :notworthy: It’s a good thing she’s on our side.

Thanks girls.
Sweater necklines and bags are excatly what I though. Might give it a try on one of my scarves.
Another good thing about this video is that she knits English.
I am making the I cord for the top of a baby’s cap, it is supposed to be the stem of a pumpkin, and it really looks cute. The two sides curl toward each other, but I assume I have to sew them to secure it, right?
You shouldn’t have to sew anything on the i-cord. The curl is created by bringing the yarn across the back. It’ll stay.
