So you know how they say to buy one more skein than your pattern asks for-just incase. I always do…except when I bought the wool for my friends baby sweater and now I’ve run out just before starting the collar!!! FUDGE!
I know it’s a long shot but if anyone out there has a skien (or half of one) of Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino in Colour #340007 Dyelot #42 ill pay out the nose for it.

Have you checked ravelry stashes for it? Someone there may have a skein or partial one.
I looked on Ravelry and saw that 3 people had that colorway. 2 of them had finished a project with it and the third didn’t say. Don’t know what dye lots. It’s worth a try to ask them if they are willing to part with a few skeins of it. I wouldn’t lead in with you’re willing to pay through the nose for it though.

thanks for the response gals. I lucked out and the store i bought it from had a one extra so i’ve had them ship it to me. I guess the colour is discontinued so I’m feeling very lucky right now.

:cheering: Oh that is lucky! So glad they had it for you! I usually do buy one or two extra. I always figure I can use the leftovers to make a hat for charity or a cute toy or something.
It sure is a beautiful shade of raspberry! Nice for a baby! Not too pastelly, or weak. A great gift!
