Can someone help me with these instructions?

Rib 2

I have a p2k2 rib going. Does that mean I p2k2 to get 2 purls and 2 knits
OR
does it mean I p2k2 twice to get 2 purls, 2 knits, 2 purls, 2 knits?

It just means to stay in the rib pattern you’ve been working, for two stitches only. So just the P2.
