How to read SLEEVES patterns

Hello, I’m a beginner but I managed to get to the point of making sleeves… and now I can’t understand at all how to follow the pattern

„ Inc 1 st at each end of next row, 4 following 4th rows, than on every foll 6th rows until there are 68 st”

I will be grateful for your help

Hello
Well one for getting so far on your sweater!

Call the “next” row, row 1.
Increase 1 stitch at the beginning of the row and 1 stitch at the end of the row on row 1
Then rows 5, 9, 13, 17 (these are the following 4th rows, 4 times)
Then rows 23, 29, 35, 41, 47, 53 and so on (these are the following 6th rows and you keep doing this until you reach your stitch count)

I hope this helps, if you’re still stuck on this part or any other part of your pattern just ask again.

What pattern are you making?
