I have searched this forum, but can’t find anything on how to make tassles. Anyone know of a website with instructions, preferrably with pictures? I know it should probably be obvious, but it’s not. :lol: I’ve done fringe, now I want to try tassles, and I’m :wall: trying to figure 'em out.
