I would like to make a scarf for one of the founders of the volunteer group I work with (she also happens to be the mother of my DS’ girlfriend). I wanted to incorporate the logo for the group into the scarf. The logo is attached here and is a cottonwood leaf in multiple hues. I thought it would be nice to make a scarf with these leaves running down the middle. Does anyone with chart skills have any tips for me in charting this? Should I do intarsia and then embroider the veins of the leaves?
