I bought the wrong wool for my pattern, it should have been super chunky 800g and I’ve got chunky 800g, needles should have been 6.5 and 9 mm, but band on wool says 5mm and 6mm. How much more of the chunky wool will I need? And do I use the 5 and 6 my ?

What is the name of your pattern?
Have you tried knitting a gauge swatch to see how close you come to the pattern gauge? For some items like scarves, gauge isn’t critical so that you can substitute different yarn weights fairly easily.
