How to fix Eve's rib pattern

Hello,
I’m about a third done with a scarf - starts with a ruffle and the scarf is Eve’s rib pattern.

I made a mistake! Started with the same pattern twice -

Question: How do I remove rows that have both knitting and the occasional pearl stitch?

You can ‘unknit’ them, called tinking. There’s a video that shows how to on the Tips page here.
