How to do flat fair Isle?

I’ve been trying to figure this out for awhile. What do you do when it’s time to turn?

If you’re new to stranded knitting this is worth watching the whole thing. She carries both yarns in one hand. I use both hands, but the back would be the same I assume. I’ve only knit fair isle in the round.

It’s easier to work in the round because you always have the pattern facing you. Working flat, on the wrong side row, follow the chart but check every now and then that the pattern is correct on the right side row.

Thank you!
