I have on old sweater and want to do the cuffs over. The cast on is too tight and I also want to make it longer. Is there a trick to start to unravel the cuff or do I just cut it and pick out one stitch at a time. Scared to start.
Cut out a stitch above the ribbing if there is any, you won’t be able to unravel from the cast on if it’s ribbed. The Techknitting blog has a lot of good information on things like this including how to change thelength of cuffs.
