Hello,
I have a pattern that I have knitted on straight needles a few times and i love the look and texture of this scarf…but I would love to make this pattern into a cowl without having to seam the ends…
I have tried to figure this out and made a mess of it each time…
the pattern is:
Row 1 (right side) knit 3, purl 3 to end
Row 2 Knit 1 Purl 1
can someone please help me?
Thank You very very much
You can do the RS row just the same over a multiple of 6 sts, but the other row will have to be reversed and backwards, which actually would end up the same - k1 p1.
thank you so much…i am going to give this another try…i hope you like the pattern…it seems the boys or men in my life love this stitch pattern…i usually let them pick what ive knitted over the summer and this is always the first to go
plus i like it because its fast and easy
i appreciate the time you took to explain as soon as i get a good portion going i will post a pic
