How to add tassles

i want to know how i can add tassels to the end of my scarf so they look like this :shrug: :shrug:

Here are a couple tutorials on making tassels–I guess you’d just attach them with a small length of yarn to your scarf once they’re done.

Now that I think about it though, the picture of the scarf you’ve shown looks like it might be knit lengthwise and they’ve started a new piece of yarn for each row and left the ends dangling. Then they tied the ends together to form tassels.
