Can anyone tell me when the pattern calls for 600 yds of yarn and the yarn label is in meters, how much should I buy. Not sure how to convert.

The yarn I am looking at is Opal and not much of the label is in English.
well if you are home you can use my handydandy little calculator! 
i go to a little site called google and type in whatever i want to convert like this… 600 m = ? yards and it gives me back 600 meters = 656.167979 yards!
if you are at the store ask the person at the LYS…they will usually be able to tell you.
