How many socks?

I have 2 balls of KnitPicks Dancing…

And the website said I need 2 to make a pair of socks…

I attempted to begin casting on last night, and I got overwhelmed…the yarn was SO thin, and the sz. 3 needles were scary… :roflhard:

Anyhoo…I printed up Silvers Sock tut…and cast on…and frogged back to the beginning… :oops:

I think what Im asking though, is…how much yarn have you all had left from that yarn, if youve used it? What can I do with it afterwards?

Havent used the yarn but you will be amazed at how far what looks like a teensy amount of yarn will go.

You’ll need about 100g to make a whole pair. I bought what you are using and got a pair out of them. Typically, one 100g skein should get you a nice pair of socks. Just check the yardage.

The new SKS book has a good chart with yardage requirements.
