How many CO? Making a tube scarf with sz 9 circs

using Lamb’s Pride. With 4-5 stitches per inch, on a 16 inch, suggestions for a scarf that will be about 6 inches wide?

Okay, I’m winging it. I have 80-something stitches on here.

I like this yarn. Don’t know why it’s not mentioned more.

I like that yarn too, and i’m getting ready to cast on a sweater with it! :slight_smile:

At 4.5 st per inch, 4.5x6=27, and I guess you’d double that since you’re making a tube scarf, so you’d need at least 50-60 stitches, I think.

Yes, somewhere between 60-80 sts should do.
