gasp! actually i just have to roll my eyes and put up with the husker stuff since it is my own fault for livin’ here! the first year after i moved here i asked my brother what he wanted for christmas. “Ooooh i don’t know…anything Colorado Buffs would be great!” seriously do you think he was trying to get me killed? and yet, i sucked up and went into a store and actually asked them where they hide the Buffs stuff…i took a lot of stuff from them until i said it wasn’t for me (they were very accepting of my Hawkeye love though…lol) and managed to survive it
i saw “experts” saying that they thought Iowa would win this weekend if they were playing in Iowa City so hopefully that means it will be a good game!

It really is amazing how into football everyone is around here. I am from Missouri and the first game I ever watched with my hubby was the NE vs MO game that was sooooo close a few years ago. My hubby was so mad I had to steer clear for a while :roflhard: :roflhard:
I was a bit chagrined that the pattern I bought was stapled together, but other than that everything was great.
If you are going to order yarn, definitely pick up the color cards. The baby alpaca looks AMAZING in person…but looks meh on the computer. I probably wouldn’t have decided to use their alpaca if I hadn’t ordered the car.
I have a feeling I will have some sore hands tonight. :lol:
I find receiving my orders from Knitpicks takes an awfully long time. I placed two orders last weekend and it was four days before the first one was processed and shipped. I find this very frustrating. I live less than four hours from them and it will usually take a good week or more for my orders to get to me after they ship. Ridiculous!!! If I didn’t love the quality of their products I’d look elsewhere for my knitting needs.
