How do you make stitich markers?

I like to do some beading. Does anyone know how to make stitich markers from wire and beads??

I like to use leverback earring hooks so I can use them with crochet too; it does limit the size of knitting needles you can use with to about a US 8 - 9 though. (So I have some of both types! ;))

that is a good way to do it
but I do the same with the beads, then wind the leftover pin wire around a needle bigger than the ones I M gonna use on the project (like if I M knitting on size 10s, I make markers on size 11
for a Project on 9s I make 10.5s
then with the little bit of wire left over after wrapping the Needle, I tie it down by wrapping it around the wire next to the beads

That’s the tutorial I used and it is really easy! Watch out though, making stitch markers is almost as addictive as knitting is. :teehee:
