How do you knit a bobble?

i can’t quite understand what it says to do.

here’s the instructions

Bobble (k1, yo, k1, yo, k1) into next stitch, turn, p5, turn, k5 tog.

I know how to k1, yo, etc. but I’m not sure where or in what stitch to do it… and turn, I think that means just to turn your work and knit the other way, right?? If anyone can advise that would be great. Thanks!
