I know what it means, knit into the front and back of the stitch. It makes two stitches from one. But I just can’t figure out how to do it. I’m starting a new hat on dpn’s, 2 stitches on each needle, then Kfb of every stitch. Then you will have 16 stitches, 4 on each needle. Anybody know how to do this? (I’m sure plenty of you do!)
Thanks!
How do you Kfb?

We have video!
Knit into the stitch as normal, but don’t slide it off. Then knit into the back loop of the same stitch and then slide it off.
Thanks Ingrid! I did look in the videos but couldn’t find it. Now I can start this hat with earflaps. Thanks so much. This is truly the best knitting site!!
The video was great. I got my practice piece and did several Kfb. I did it! Thanks again, you guys are the greatest!!
It’s listed as a bar increase, though I think that name isn’t as well known. It’s under kfb/k1fb in the Glossary though.
