I’m making a simple baby bib( i used the sites pattern) And I don’t know how to end the bind off before i make the strap. It says you need 25 and then you bind off 20. How do I end that bind off?
Bind off until you have five stitches left on the needle and then follow the instructions for knitting the strap.
Well I mean when you bind off, you are left with the last stich on the needle…how do you get rid of that stitch?
For the 20 st BO in the middle, you don’t get rid of it, it’s the first of the 5 sts for the strap. When you do the final BO, cut the yarn a few inches from the st and pull it through, then weave in the end.
