How do you do a yf stitch?

row 1 The pattern is knit 2 tog tbl yf knit rest of row.
row 2 Knit to center of stitches knit 2 tog tfl yf knit yf knit 2 tog tbl

yf = yarn forward = yarn over. Check Amy’s increase videos. Basically you wrap the yarn over your needle as if to knit. Ok I don’t think that made sense… look at the video it is SO simple

Yah, just wrap the yarn like you were knitting, but don’t put your needle through a stitch beforehand.

There is a video here:

i remember i have this problem before…:???:…
yeah…it’s just wrap…

it’s like bring the yarn so the position will be in front of the needle …then ‘wrap’ the needle by bring the yarn back to original position (like when you are going to knit)…
yf has nothing to do with knit at all…it’s an increase…

the video will help you more…
