How do I do this row *sl1, K2, psso , P2

I’m a newbie to knitting.
I trying a baby blanket.
The 3rd row is P2, *sl1, k2, psso,p2
I know to purl 2 then slip a stitch,knit 2, ??psso??( should I pass the stitch over both knit stitches)
I’m I doing this right?

Is the instruction sl 1, k2[B]tog[/B], psso? Then you would pass the slipped st over the one from the dec, making a double dec.
