How can I knit this sweater?

I’d like to ask some help I don’t know how to knit this sweater. If someone knows, please help me. What is the pattern, from what wool should I knit it, with what needles? So everything you think is neccessary.

Do you already know how to knit? If not I don’t think this is a good one to start with. That yarn isn’t easy to knit. If you do knit find a pattern that looks similar and uses a yarn weight like this. Not sure what it is, but probably a bulky yarn.
