Please help me!! My friend is moving to live with her family in India (a very HOT part of India). And I’m not sure what I can knit for her as a “goodbye” gift.
I have knit blankets and shawls in the past, but that wouldn’t work here!!! Any ideas???

How about a pouch?
We lived in the tropics and sometimes a lacy shawl was felt good in the evenings. What about some pretty wash cloths or dish cloths or a market bag?
I agree with salmanmac, you can find some really cute bag, purse, ipad, or phone case, patterns.
This is perfect when going grocery shopping.
