Nice mittens. You would need to find a pattern that’s similar, or take a basic pattern and add the cable to the back of the hand.
Do you want mittens or gloves? Do you already know how to knit, but have just never done mittens/gloves?
I’ve seen a mitten pattern like that recently, looks like a pretty bulky yarn.

If you look to the right there is a small picture of them, they are called Bella’s Mittens. Click on the picture and it will open a .pdf of the pattern. I’ve used this pattern and it’s well written and easy to follow!

Check to see if you do, many patterns are written in .pdf format so it’s worth downloading to your computer. You can save the pattern without Adobe right now, just right click on the link and tell it where to save it on your drive.

Open adobe, then open the file, wherever you’ve saved it.
You can get the program free. Here’s there website http://get.adobe.com/reader/. Just follow the directions for downloading it. It even has different languages if you need it.

Just go to the adobe link above and click to download it. It’s not difficult to do, and even if someone could send it to you (it’s got several files that unzip during installation instead of one big file like at the site) you’d still have to install it on your computer.
