Hooray! I did it! My first pair of socks

:cheering: :happydance: :cheering: I finally finished my socks. I can’t believe I actually made them! They might not be perfect, but they are not too bad either. I really enjoyed doing them and they were really easier to make than what I thought. I love the different tones of blue but the yarn was a little bit too thick. I think I will use a thinner yarn next time.

I did it!! :cheering: and I’m ready to move on with more challenging projects.

:cheering: :cheering: :cheering: Yay! You should be proud. I would really like to try socks. What pattern did you use?

:cheering: :cheering:

Congratulations!

Way to go, Lestrella!!! :cheering: :cheering: :cheering:

Wonderful job! Socks are so addicting!

:cheering: Good job! I love the color! Now, if you’re like I was after my first pair, you’ll go on a sock knitting craze for a while. :roflhard:

Thank you guys!!! I feel very proud; I have accomplished something.
:happydance: :cheering:
I used the pattern from silver socks:

For those of you that are a little intimidated by sock, don’t. They are very easy and fun to do. You’ll probably become addicted to it.

:cheering: Congratulations! Socks are so much fun (and truly addictive)! I now do them on two circulars and like that very much! Another Charlotte knitter too!!

I still haven’t ventured out yet~!!

Those are awesome lestrella! :cheering:

I hated kitchener stitch, but yours looks nothing like mine did. Maybe I did do something wrong after all???

I hated the points it brought the toe to. Just icky.

Great job! Don’t worry about the mistakes. You’ll always look at them lovingly and remember your first attempt (kind of like raising the first child)!! :teehee:
