Hooded sweater with sz 3 needles for my 1 yr old?

I have a pattern for worsted weight/sz 7 needles. Does anyone know of a pattern for sz 3 needles (I got some beautiful baby alpaca yarn for Christmas), or can anyone point me in the direction of learning how to convert patterns for a lighter weight yarn?

Have you tried Lion Brand’s website or www.knittingpatterncentral.com and look for patterns that call for either baby or sport weight yarn?
