Hey everyone! Thank you for all your well wishes about my wedding and my honeymoon! I just got back, and I have some pictures from my honeymoon to share with you all. No, not that, you perverts! I bought YARN!!! My Darling Husband was so tolerant with me at the yarn shop, standing and watching me putter around, until the volume of people increasede past his comfort level, and he left. We will NOT be telling him how much I spent, but I got all the yarn pictured, PLUS the FT Clog pattern. We are very excited. My first pair will be for my mother. Anyways, less talking, more Yarn!

The entire loot. You can see that there is one skein of blue yarn on the right side, I had that before and bought the purple to match it. Hopefully you all can tell that it’s purple, at least.

The aformentioned blue and purple yarn, that will soon become a booga bag. The yarn is donegal tweed by tahki, and I got two skeins, one of which I already rolled into a ball. I bought color 845, and I believe my mystery blue skein is the same yarn in a different colorway, but I’m going to bring it to my LYS to be sure. I’m so excited.

This mass of orange yarn is Classic Elite Flash in color Clementine. The LYS owner said the color had been discontinued and had at least two dozen skeins on sale for $3 a piece. I bought ten. I’m probably going to make my sister and I some matching socks, and then make her a hat and scarf and mittens as well. She’ll wear them if they’re obnoxious enough.

This is four skeins of Lane Borgosesia Jacquard yarn on sale for $4 from $12. I can’t find it on the internet, and I don’t know what I’m going to make with it, but it’s soft and gorgeous and I like it so there.

Finally, three skeins of Cascade 220 from which I will be making my mother’s clogs. She loves raspberry so I’m really excited about this.
So, as you can see, this is the evidence of the second best part of my entire honeymoon!
