My teen daughter reads this forum (usually over my shoulder) and is always asking me to tell her when Kelly changes her “what’s hard” part of her sig line. Yesterday we had to go shopping for a swimsuit as we are leaving for vacation at the end of the week and she has outgrown hers from this summer. She took about 9 swimsuits into the dressing room to try on (about the only 9 in the whole town it seems). When she came out of the dressing room she had a dour look on her face. I said, “No go?” She said, “Trying to find a swimsuit in January is HARD. Knitting is just pulling loops through other loops.” :roflhard:

Speaking of swimsuits…last year dh–db then, took me to Hawaii in January. Finding a swimsuit was soooooooo hard and I didn’t want to pay Hawaii prices. I ended up finding a great swimsuit but had to get it from a speciality swimsuit shop in town.

BTW, I went into Target tonight and was :shock: to see that they had their first sets of swimwear out! I mean like the usual amount that is there in April. I was like, um wow. But they’re really really cute!
I know, we (Target) got those suckers in two weeks ago. I hate swimsuit season, at it starts earlier and earlier. Opens up a whole new can of warms.
Ya know, I’ve been confused about this :?? . I just added a signature after not having one at all, and it only shows up on the posts that I have made after writing the signature. All of my old posts still have no signature. What’s up with that??

At risk of getting egged for saying the “W” word… although we cleared out most of them at the end of the summer last year, we have a few suits that are stocked year round. The styles leave much to be desired, I guess it’s for those that belong to gyms and such, where you’re looking for practicality rather than “pretty”.
And BTW, I get a kick out of your sig lines too KK… and I just told hubby about this, and even he found it funny!
Oh Julie! We geocach too! But while I was pregnant I couldnt go because of snakes! Bad idea to get a snake bite while yer pregnant.
We have got to get back to it.

Kelly, you are wonderful!! I just woke my daughter up and told her that she had been honored by a sig line change. It’s fun to wake someone up and have them giggling with glee!
BTW, we did find a swimsuit and one she liked. We went to a swim shop that supplies the team suits to the schools. It’s a standard Speedo, but in a fun green batik-y look which will go great with her green batik sarong. I can’t believe that we leave in just 3 days!
