I know how to knit and have made a lot of projects. I have never did a yo purl. How do I do it? Everytime I try it buts an x like appearance on top of the needle.:teehee:

A yo is just like making a stitch except the R needle isn’t inserted into a stitch on the L needle. So for a purl to purl YO, the yarn is in the front, take it over the top of the needle, then down and bring it through the tips to the front again.
