No one will laugh. We all had to learn sometime and your question may help someone else who’s new and has the same question.
KFB means “knit front and back”. It creates two stitches out of one so it’s an increase. At the top of the page is a tab that says videos. On the increase page you can see the video for KFB and many others. I’d link the video, but I don’t know whether you knit continental or english.
