Help!

Can someone please explain this row to me?? Thanks!

Row 2: K1, SSK, K13, K1F& B, K1

Row 2: K1, SSK, K13, K1F& B, K1

Row 2: Knit 1, slip1 knitwise, slip 1 knitwise, knit the two slipped stitches together, Knit 13, Knit into the front leaving old stitch on left hand needle, AND knit into the back of the same stitch removing it as normal(youve just done an increase), knit 1.

If it is the K1F&B that you dont understand, and dont understand my directions, heres a linkthat shows the K1F&B increase. (scroll down a bit) You can view the video of your type of knitting from this page.

:knitting:

Awwww! I see, thank you so much! I am new to this

One more question, what does “knitwise” mean?

Thanks!!

you would put your needle in the stitch like you would if you were about to do the knit stitch…

likewise for “purlwise”…you would put your needle in like you were about to do the purl stitch.

what are you makeing???just curious.

Ohhhh ok, how would I knit those two together though? If I slipped both them wouldn’t they be on my left needle? Oh my. lol

I’m not knitting anything special, just a scrubby, it think it looks neat, here’s the link! http://1870pearl.typepad.com/TRIBBLE2.pdf

you put your left hand needle thro both of the slipped stitches now on your right hand needle from right to left. then knit them together. heres the linkto the decrease page. The ssk is right there on top.

very cool!!! ive made a ton of those…I found the pattern and couldnt stop making them LOL all the womens stockings had a few in them.

Ok awesome, thanks! That doesn’t look too hard at all. I am so thankful for this site. I don’t know what I would do without it!!

Yea, the little scrubbies look fun to make. They look like they work well too!

Wish me luck!!

They are fun!!
Tip:
Make some in cotton for your face and softer applications.
Make some in acrylic for the bath for those times your a little dirtier and need some extra scrub, or the kitchen for dishes.
These little things are so cute and versital! I have used the ends (1 or 2 yds) of balls of sugar and cream (or the like) not enough for much of anything and when id run out of that one, just kept picking up ends and making some interesting color combos!!!

Good Luck but i dont think you will need it!!
Melissa

Aw thanks Melissa! I really appreciate all your help!!
