pattern reads
and at same time dec 1st at neck edge in 5th and every following 6th row 5 times more

So do I knit to 5th row and dec 1 and again on the 6th row ( why didn’t it just say dec on 5th & 6th row)
or
dec 1 on 5th row and then go to the next 6th row after the dec I just did

That’s what they mean, dec on the 5th row, then the 6th row after that, not dec on both the 5th and 6th row .
