Help with vintage cardigan pattern

the pattern: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/ladys-fair-isle-cardigan-in-swedish-knitwear
I’ve asked for help on this pattern before!
I’m at the sleeves part. After the ribbing is the stranded pattern, the instruction is: increasing once at each end of needle in 5th (7th row from the ribbing) and every follwing 8th row
I interpret this as: increase in the 7th row from the ribbing, count it as a 5th row, increase after 3 rows follow that one, and then going on increase the follwing 8th row
is it correct?

The 5th row is the 7th row after the ribbing. Increase at each end of that row, call it row 5 and then in rows 13, 21, 29 and so on for however many increases have to be made.
