Help with vegatable dyed yarn!

Hi-

I just finished knitting a beautiful scarf with hand spun, hand vegetable dyed yarn, you know, the kind that leaves color all over your fingers!! :slight_smile:

I am not sure what to do with it now. It needs to be washed, I am assuming but with what I don’t know.

Please help!!

Soak wash is a very good gentle wool wash product. I’ve read about people using it with vegetable dyed wool, but i can’t say I’ve actually tried it. Maybe you can find some good reviews online though. Here’s their website:
