Help with understanding pattern

Hello I am really struggling with this next part of this pattern I am knitting a baby cardigan.

It reads:
Dec 1 st at raglan armhole edge of 2nd and foll 3 [3: 4: 4: 4]
alt rows and at same time dec 1 st at neck edge of next
4 rows, then on foll 1 [1: 2: 2: 2] alt rows. 2 sts.
I am working on the first size.
Any help would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks!

Welcome to the forum!
If you call the next row, row 1:
Decrease 1 stitch at the raglan armhole edge on rows 2, 4,6 and 8.
Decrease 1 stitch at the neck edge on rows 1,2,3 and 4 then on row 6.
Have fun finishing up this section.

So confusing to me with the foll and alt rows
I got it now thank you!

It’s confusing to many knitters. It makes it easier to me to isolate each direction, taking them one at a time. Sometimes i make a chart and check off the rows as I complete them and sometimes a small diagram helps.
You’re on your way now but don’t hesitate to come back with further questions. And of course, we’d love to see a photo of your finished sweater.

Thank you for your help. All I need to do now is block !
