Work the 2 bind off rows and then rows 1 & 2. The dec row is given below. Make decreases on rows 3,7,11,15,19 and 23. The decrease every other row: rows 25,27,29,31,33,35,etc. for 20 rows or until you get to 59 sts. All the decreases will be on RS rows.
The Even Rows are how to work rows between dec rows.

Yes, work Dec row (RS) for the decrease rows listed in my last post. For the rows between dec rows, work Even row (WS), Even row(RS).
The Dec row (WS) isn’t needed for your size of the pattern. It’s for the directions to dec every row for the last 3 sizes.
