Help with sleeve increases

I´m working on this pattern


and am just wondering, when it comes to sleeve increases, because the marker is in the middle of 4 purl stitches, will I increase with purl at first so that when I reach the 5th increase, there will be 4 purls on either side of the marker in keeping with the pattern in the lower sleeve? ( hope that makes sense, I worked nights last night and am not sure if anyone else can understand me…:wink: )

Yes. You have the right idea. You want to keep the k4p4 pattern going. After you have 4 stitches on each side of the marker, start the increases in knit.
