Help with sleeve directions, please

I’m confused by one line in my sleeve directions. It says:

Next row (WS): BO 4 (5, 6, 8, 7, 7) sts, p to end. For 45" and 48" sizes only: BO 3 sts at beg of next 2 rows.

Dec row (RS): K1, k2tog, k to last 3 sts, ssk, k1. P 1 row. Rep decrease row
every RS row 3 (3, 3, 2, 2, 2) times more, then every fourth row 3 (3, 3, 7, 8, 9) times, then again every RS row 7 (8, 7, 3, 3, 3) times.

Does the bold part mean that I do 2 rows prior to starting the decrease row? Or do I bo 3 and then go into the k1, k2tog, etc for the decrease row?

If you’re doing the larger sizes, bind off the 3 at the beginning of the next two rows, and then start the decreases.

The bind off is the underarm, and the decrease rows are the shaping of the sleeve cap.

TY, TY, TY! I’m off to bind off.
