Help with "Reverse Shaping"

I am knitting my first sweater and it is in pieces. I have knit the back and the left side front. The only directions for knitting the “right” side front piece say to “do the same but with reverse shaping.” Does this mean that if I did a Dec. or a BO at the beginning of a row for the right side that I would then do the Dec. at the end of the row for the left side?
I hope someone can answer this for me, I’m so anxious to keep going but I apparently picked and “easy” pattern with the most confusing directions! Ugh!
If you want to look at the pattern, go to: http://www.yarnmarket.com/yarn/Crystal_Palace_Free-Childs_Musique_Coat_Free-2139.html

Thanks so much!!

You are exactly right…just do the same as the other but reverse.
