Um, Kinda confused with the written instructions but I think the instructions for the chart work:
Rows ending with 2 (eg, 12, 22): YO, K3, slip 1 st, K2tog, PSSO, K3, YO, K1, Repeat.
Rows ending with 4: K1, YO, K2, slip 1 st, K2tog, PSSO, K2, YO, K2, Repeat.
Rows ending with 6: K2, YO, K1, slip 1 st, K2tog, PSSO, K1, YO, K3, Repeat.
Rows ending with 8: K3, YO, slip 1 st, K2tog, PSSO, YO, K4, Repeat.
All odd rows:Knit
