My pattern says to K29, yo, k1, yo, k29 for a row (there were 59 stitches to begin the row; now there are 61 stitches). Then I purl a row. Now the pattern says to repeat these two rows seven more times. My question is this: do I knit 29, yo, k1, yo, k31 or do I knit 30, yo, k1, yo, k30? The pattern doesn’t state exactly what to do, and I can’t visualize it. Thanks!
You would probably keep that center k1 with the YOs on both sides, so k30, yo k1, yo k30. Then k31, yo k1 yo k31 and so on.
