Help with Pattern

Hi everyone,

I need to know what it means when a pattern says to reverse what I did on one side. Does it mean if the pattern I used on the right side says P1 K1 P2 K4 P5 that for the left side I should P5 K4 P2 K1 P1. Thanks. Nothing I do looks right.
